Article 36

Producers of AME and the persons engaged in the transport of AME shall be obliged to organize and implement measures for the protection and security in accordance with this Law and the regulations passed on the basis of this Law, as well as in accordance with other regulations prescribing the protection and keeping of confidential data on the defense and security and the procedures for handling explosive, incendiary and other dangerous materials.

Provisions from Paragraph 1 of this article shall also apply to other legal and physical persons which, on any basis whatsoever, in their facilities, store or keep AME.
