Article 11

Health condition for possessing weapon according to article 9 paragraph 1 item 3 of this law is verified with a medical control (check-up) and is proven with a medical verification document. Medical verification from item 1 of this law cannot be older than 1 year.

Expenses for the medical check-up are on physical person.

The Minister of health in agreement with the Minister of Internal affairs will describe the type and methods of performing the medical check-up for verification of the health condition for possessing and carrying weapons, the list of sicknesses and the health condition that makes a person unable for possessing and carrying weapon, as well as the method and way of issuing the medical check-up.

Medical check-up of physical person in order to determine the health ability for possessing and carrying weapon are done in institutions in the field of health that are defined by the Minister of health in accordance with the Minister of Internal affairs.
