Article 12

It is considered that there is danger for the law and order according to article 9 paragraph 4 of this law if:
- the physical person is convicted for crime committed in first degree, that is pursued by regulations of duty;
- the physical person is convicted for violation against the law and order with elements of violence; and
- there are other circumstances that indicate that the weapon can be misused, and especially for: often and over regular consuming of alcohol or use of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances; heavy violation of family relations or working relations; violation of regulations for hunting or sport discipline and similar.

If against the physical person there is ongoing procedure for crime act, i.e. for a violation from paragraph 1 item 1 and 2 of this article, and the person fulfills other conditions for issuing permission for purchasing weapon, the body in charge will stop the procedure for issuing the permission until a final decision is brought over the crime or violation procedure.
