Article 18

Physical persons or legal subjects to whom is issued the permission to purchase weapons, it is obliged within 8 days from the purchasing of the weapon to submit a request for registration of the weapon to body in charge.

For the weapon that is purchased upon the permission, to physical person is issued permission for the weapon, while to legal subject permission to possess weapon.

For the same hunting or sport weapon can be issued permission for weapon no more than to three persons (co-users of the weapon).
