Article 25

Old weapon can be purchased and possessed without permission.

Collectors and other persons that purchase or possess old weapon are obliged to report the weapon in the Institute for protection of cultural monuments of the Republic of Macedonia for its registration, for which is issued verification document.

It is forbidden that old weapon is carried and for this weapon to be produced, purchased or possessed ammunition.

With the exception of paragraph 1 of this article, museums can purchase, possess and expose also old weapon of category A.
