Article 43

Production of weapons and ammunition and fixing of weapons can be done by trading companies with seat in the territory of Republic of Macedonia that before registering in the trade register will gain permission to perform that activity.

Permissions from paragraph 1 of this article are issued by the Ministry of Internal affairs, after gained opinion from the Ministry of Defense and previous agreement from the Ministry of Internal affairs.

Under production of ammunition in the sense of paragraph 1 of this article is considered also the reloading of the ammunition.

Fixing of weapons is considered elimination of defect of the weapon or replacing or implementing of original parts for weapons.
