Article 63

Shooting or hunting associations, legal subjects' users of wild animals in the hunting places and other legal subjects that possess weapon based upon permission to possess weapons are obliged to keep records of weapons and ammunition also for persons to whom the weapons are given to be used.

Records of weapons and ammunition are obliged to keep also trading companies that:
- Produce weapon and ammunition, for the produced and delivered weapon and ammunition;
- Fix weapons, for the fixed weapon;
- Trade with weapon and ammunition, for the purchased and sold weapon and ammunition.

Civilian shooting ranges are obliged to keep records for issued and used ammunition.
