Article 64

With fine from 50.000 up to 300.000 denars will be fined legal subject that will purchase, possess, produce, fix, sell, trade or give to someone else a weapon or ammunition who's purchasing, possessing, carrying, production, fixing or trading is forbidden (article 4 paragraph 2).

For violation of paragraph 1 of this article to the legal subject it will be defined safety measure of taking over the weapon and ammunition and restriction to perform production, fixing or trading with weapon and ammunition or use of civilian shooting range for period up to 1 year.
