43. Firearms Dealers Must be Licensed

A person must not:
(a) carry on activities as a firearms dealer, or
(b) possess a firearm in the person's capacity as a firearms dealer, unless authorised to do so by a firearms dealer licence.

Maximum penalty: imprisonment for 7 years.
