Commissioner of Police - Art. 9.2

The commissioner of police in the place where the applicant resides has the competence to grant and withdraw a recognition, and to extend the duration thereof.

A recognition shall be valid for a maximum period of five years and can be renewed each time by a maximum period of five years.
