Article 23

Trade in AME in the Republic and abroad may be carried out by the producers of AME and other companies registered for trade, on the basis of previously received approval from the Ministry of Economy, provided they are in possession of the following items or meet the following conditions:

1. an excerpt from the trade registry;
2. suitable production facilities and the facilities for storage and keeping of AME, expert personnel, as well as technical and technological equipment and the protection of AME;
3. proof of provided quality control, and
4. that an effective court decision has not banned the trade company or a responsible person in the trade company from the trade activities

A person submitting a request for the approval may lodge a complaint against the approval with the Commission of the Government within 15 days from the date the approval has been received.
