Article 67

A natural person will be punished with a monetary fine of 5,000 to 30,000 denars or with a prison sentence of up to 30 days if that person:

1. purchases, possesses or carries arms, parts for arms and ammunition, without an approval for purchase (Article 7 Paragraphs 1 and 2);

2. purchases or possesses ammunition for arms with rifled barrels for which does not have a license (Article 7 Paragraph 5);
