Article 32

The legal entities from Article 1 Paragraph 2, 3 and 4 of this law are obliged to keep the arms separated from the ammunition in a room which is technically secured or in a iron fire-proof cupboard or safe. The arms and the ammunition are kept, as a rule, in the premises where the headquarters of the legal entity are located.

The legal entities are obliged to keep records of the arms and the ammunition and to appoint a person who is competent for the keeping, carrying and transport of the arms and the ammunition. For each change of the competent person, the legal entities are obliged to inform the competent body within eight days.

The competent person is obliged to enable the competent official of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to control the manner of the keeping of the arms and the keeping of the records.
