Article 29
The owner or the user of arms is obliged to carry the arms in a manner that will not jeopardise his personal safety and the safety of others.
The carrying of arms at public gatherings, events, at educational institutions and other public places where their use might jeopardise the safety of people is banned.
The carrying and use of hunting arms outside of hunting areas and shooting ranges is banned. Outside of hunting areas and shooting ranges, the owner or the user of hunting arms is obliged to transport the hunting arms in adequate casings, during which the ammunition must be separated from the arms.
The carrying and use of sports arms outside of shooting ranges or other facilities designated for sports shooting competition is banned. Outside of shooting ranges or other faculties designated for sports shooting competition the owner or the user of the sports arms is obliged to transport the sports arms in adequate casings, during which the ammunition must be separated from the arms.
