Article 25

Old arms can be procured and possessed without an approval.

The collectors and other persons procuring or possessing old arms are obliged to register the arms with the competent authority, for which a certificate is issued.

Carrying of old arms shall be prohibited, as well as the making, procurement or possession of ammunition for old arms.

As an exception to Paragraph 1 of this article, museums can also procure, possess and exhibit old arms of the category "A".
