Article 21
The legal entities possessing arms on the basis of a license for possession of arms can give those arms for use only to individuals employed in that legal entity, who do the jobs of protection of the legal entity's property or physical securing of humans and property, and who fulfil the conditions referred to in Article 9 of this law.
Upon request of the legal entity referred to in Paragraph 1 of this article, the competent authority will issue to the user of the arms a license for carrying of arms with a validity period of 2 years.
The validity period of the license for carrying of arms shall be extended, upon request of the legal entity, if the person in whose name the license is continues to fulfil the conditions referred to in Paragraph 1 of this article.
Article 22
The persons referred to in Article 21, Paragraph 2 of this law can carry the arms only during their working hours in the establishment, the area or along the transport line they are securing. As an exception, the guards of crops and forests, hunting areas and fisheries, who don't live in the area they are securing, can take the arms outside of that area to their place of residence.
