Article 20

The license for arms shall be issued for a period of 5 years, whereas to individuals older than 65 for a period of 3 years.

The license for possession of arms shall be issued for an indefinite period.

The license for arms can be extended upon a written request of the holder, submitted to the competent authority at least two months prior to the date of expiration of its validity.
