Negligent Warehousing of Firearms

Negligent warehousing of fire-arms or ammunition which created conditions for others to use these fire-arms or ammunition, as well as to transfer the weapons or ammunition to another person, if this caused grave consequences, is punished with correctional labour for the term of up to 2 years, or with arrest for the term of up 3 months, or with imprisonment for the term of up to 2 years.
