41. Prohibition Against Manufacture of Firearms or Ammunition

(1) No person shall manufacture or assemble any firearm or ammunition, or keep any equipment or paraphenalia capable of use for the making or assembling of firearms or ammunition, without a licence granted by the Commissioner of Police.
