3. Exportation of Firearms, etc., from Belize

1) The procedures to be followed when exporting any firearms, firearms parts and/or components are:-
a) the Ministry of National Security may issue an Export Certificate for firearms, firearms parts and components to any applicant who:
i) meets the applicable legal requirements under the Act and any other relevant laws of Belize;
ii) supplies to it the original or a certified copy of the Import Certificate issued by the authorising agency of the importing country;…

c) where the firearms, firearms parts and/or components are to pass through an intransit country before reaching their final destination, the applicant shall also provide to the Ministry of National Security an Intransit Shipment Authorisation Certificate issued by the authoring agency of each country where the shipment is to intransit through;
