(1) No person without the authority of the Governor shall sell, purchase or have in his possession any arm which is so designed or adapted that if pressure is applied to the trigger missiles continue to be discharged until pressure is removed from the trigger or the magazine containing the missiles is empty or which when fired ejects the spent round and refills the breech.

(2) If any person contravenes the provision of subsection (1) he shall be liable to imprisonment for 2 years and to a fine of $400.
