Quem, sem se encontrar autorizado, fora das condições legais ou em contrário das prescrições da autoridade competente, vender, ceder a qualquer título ou por qualquer meio distribuir, mediar uma transacção ou, com intenção
de transmitir a sua detenção, posse ou propriedade de armas previstas no artigo anterior, é punido com uma pena de 4 a 10 anos de prisão.

Article 91: Illicit arms trade

Any person who, without being authorised or contrary to the prescriptions of the competent authority, sells, intends to sell, distributes, mediates a transaction involving, or transfers from their possession or ownership any weapon provided for in Article 90, is punishable with a sentence of 4 to 10 years in prison.
