1. As armas que não possuam número de série de fabrico, nome, marca de origem ou calibre são numeradas, marcadas e nelas posto em função da Polícia Nacional.

2. Nas armas de colecção a marcação deve ser efectuada de molde a não diminuir o seu valor patrimonial.

Article 78: Security numbering and marking

1. Weapons that do not have a manufacturing serial number, name, brand of origin or calibre, must be numbered, marked and have this information placed on them by the National Police.

2. On collector weapons, marking must be carried out so as not to reduce its equity value.
