Artigo 55.º Armazenamento, registo e segurança de armas e munições

1. O Director Nacional da Polícia Nacional fi xa a quantidade de armas e munições que podem ser armazenadas nas instalações dos estabelecimentos comerciais, em função da avaliação das respectivas condições de segurança e
capacidade.

2. Os estabelecimentos comerciais elaboram um registo de todas as armas e munições, adquiridas e vendidas, em livros ou suportes informáticos, o qual é comunicado à Direcção Nacional da Polícia Nacional, para efeito de registo no SIGIAMP.

3. Os registos referidos no número anterior contêm as seguintes informações:
a) As Características do produto (tipo ou modelo e calibre) e quantidade, quando se tratar de um lote;
b) O conteúdo da marcação;
c) Os nomes e moradas do antigo e do actual proprietário e, se possível, os sucessivos proprietários;
d) A data do registo;
e) O nome e morada do expedidor, do eventual intermediário, do destinatário e do utilizador indicados no certifi cado do utilizador fi nal;
f) O ponto de partida, cidade e país, trânsito e destino, assim como as referências aduaneiras e as datas de partida, trânsito e entrega ao utilizador fi nal;
g) A licença de exportação, de trânsito e de importação, incluindo informação sobre quantidades e lotes que correspondem à mesma licença, bem como a respectiva validade da licença;
h) A informação detalhada sobre o modo e sobre o operador do transporte;
i) As agências de fi scalização intervenientes, no ponto de partida, de trânsito e de chegada;
j) A natureza da transacção comercial/não-comercial, privada/pública, concessão e reparação;
k) Quando aplicável, o segurador e a instituição fi nanceira que intervém na transacção.

4. O registo a que se refere o número anterior é permanente

Article 55: Storage, registration and security of weapons and ammunition

1. The National Director of the National Police establishes the amount of weapons and ammunition that can be stored on the premises of commercial establishments, depending on their assessment of the location's respective safety conditions and capacity.

2. Commercial establishments must prepare a register of all arms and ammunition, purchased and sold, in books or digitally, which must be communicated to the National Directorate of the National Police for the purpose of registering them with SIGIAMP.

3. The records referred to in the previous number contain the following information:
a) Product Characteristics (type or model and calibre) and quantity in the case of a batch;
b) The content of the marking;
c) The names and addresses of the former and the current owners and, if possible, the successive owners;
d) The date of registration;
e) The name and address of the consignor, any intermediary, recipient and user indicated in the end-user certificate;
f) The starting point, city and country, transit and destination, as well as customs references and the dates of departure, transit and delivery to the end user;
g) The export, transit and import of the firearm, including information about quantities and batches corresponding to the same licence, as well as the respective license validity;
h) Detailed information on the mode of transport and on the transport operator;
i) The supervisory agencies involved, in the point of departure, transit and arrival;
j) The nature of the commercial/non-commercial transaction, private/public, concession and repair;
k) When applicable, the insurer and the financial institution involved in the transaction.

4. The registration referred to above is permanent
