Artigo 15.º Exames médico e psicológico

1. Os exames médicos, com incidência física e psíquica e os exames psicológicos destinam-se, a certifi car se o requerente está apto, ou apto com restrições, para a detenção, uso e porte de arma, bem como se está na posse de todas as suas faculdades psíquicas e psicológicas, sem historial médico ou psico-clínico que indicie a suspeita do requerente poder vir a atentar contra a sua integridade física ou de terceiros.

2. No caso de aptidão com restrições, estas devem constar do atestado médico.
