Artigo 7.º Armas regulamentadas

Consideram-se armas regulamentadas as armas de classe B, B1, C, D, E, F e G, as quais, nos termos da presente lei e seus regulamentos, são susceptíveis de autorização ou licença destinados a montagem, reparação, importação, exportação, transferência, armazenamento, circulação, comércio, aquisição, cedência, detenção, manifesto, guarda, segurança, tráfi co, uso e porte.

Article 7: Regulated weapons
