Artikel 11, eerste lid, van de Vuurwapenverordening woldt gewij zigd als volgt:
A. de eerste volzin komt te luiden:
Hij die een bij of krachtens daze landsverordening gesteld verbod overtreedt, wordt gestraft met een gevangenisstraf van ten hoogste vier jeren of een geldboete van ten hoogste tienduizend florin.;
B. in de tweede volzin warden de woorden "vier" en "drieduizend florin" vervangen door respectievelijk "zes" en "vijfentwintigdulzend florin".

Article 11, paragraph 1, of the Firearms Ordinance will be amended as follows:
A. the first sentence is replaced by the following:
Whoever violates a prohibition laid down by or pursuant to this National Ordinance shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding four years or by a fine not exceeding ten thousand florins;
B. in the second sentence, the words "four" and "three thousand florin" shall be replaced by "six" and "twenty-five thousand florin" respectively.
