Article 6

1. Het is verboden een vuurwapen binnen het grondgebied van Aruba af te leveren.

2. Het eerste lid is niet van toepassing ten aanzien van het afleveren van een vuurwapen:
a. aan iemand die bevoegd is het wapen voorhanden te hebben;
b. aan iemand die ingevolge de Wapenverordening het wapen bij zich mag hebben;
c. door iemand die, bevoegd om het wapen voorhanden te hebben, het tijdelijk in bewaring geeft aan een meerderjarige die tot hem in dienstbetrekking staat, of aan een meerderjarige huisgenoot.

1. It is prohibited to deliver a firearm within the territory of Aruba.

2. Subsection 1 does not apply with respect to the delivery of a firearm:
a. to a person who is authorized to possess the weapon;
b. to someone who is permitted to carry the weapon pursuant to the Weapons Ordinance;
c. by a person who, being authorized to possess the firearm, temporarily gives it into the custody of an adult who is employed by him, or to an adult domestic partner.
