Article 7
1. Naar regelen, bij landsbesluit, houdende algemene maatregelen, te stellen, kan van personen die ingevolge deze landsverordening een machtiging of krachtens landsbesluit als bedoeld in artikel 2, tweede lid, een consent van invoer, uitvoer, doorvoer of vervoer aanvragen, een bedrag worden geheven ter vergoeding van de kosten van administratie en toezicht.
2. De machtiging of het consent en de vuurwapens en de munitie, waarop zij betrekking hebben, moeten op eerste aanvraag worden vertoond aan elk van de ambtenaren, in artikel 13 bedoeld.

1. In accordance with rules to be laid down by national decree containing general measures, an amount may be levied to compensate for the costs of administration and supervision from persons who, pursuant to this National Ordinance, apply for an authorization or, pursuant to a national decree as referred to in Article 2, paragraph 2, apply for a permission to import, export, transit or transport.

2. The authorization or consent and the firearms and ammunition to which they relate must be presented on first request to each of the officials referred to in Article 13.
