Que por la Ley Nº 26.216 se creó el PROGRAMA NACIONAL DE ENTREGA VOLUNTARIA DE ARMAS DE FUEGO, facultando al PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL y a la autoridad de aplicación a establecer el procedimiento de entrega, recepción, inutilización, destrucción pública de las armas de fuego y municiones, y la determinación de las características particulares del incentivo y su valor.
