Section 29

Any person carrying or having in his possession any firearms in the street or in any part of the City of Banjul who shall refuse on demand to deliver such firearm to any member of The Gambia Police Force for inspection, or shall in anyway hinder or prevent such member from satisfying himself that any such firearm is not loaded, shall be guilty of an offence this Act, and shall be liable on conviction before the court to a fine not exceeding twenty dalais or in default of payment to imprisonment, with or without hard labour for a tern not exceeding fourteen days, in addition to any other fine or punishment to which such person may be liable under the provisions of section 28 of this Act.
