Rule 10: Licence to manufacture, deal in, etc. guns and arms.

Any person desiring to manufacture, deal in, or repair guns or arms shall apply to the Licensing Officer personally or in writing. The licence shall be in Form 4 in the First Schedule and shall terminate on the 30th day of June next following the date of issue.
