Article 14

The license is valid from the date of its issuance and expires at the end of December of the year in which it was granted.

The license may be renewed, and the renewal shall be for a period of one year each time starting in January, and the renewal application shall be submitted at least one month before the end of the license period. The Minister of Interior shall issue a decision regarding the procedures for licensing and renewing it.
