Article 13

It is not permissible to carry explosives, weapons or ammunition in public places or in meetings, weddings and other gatherings, even if it is licensed or the carrier is exempt from the license.

The owner of the public place or its employees may not place the licensed weapons or carry them in the public place unless this is stipulated in the license.
