Article 8

It is prohibited for any person to trade in the weapons stipulated in the previous article, as well as their ammunition.

It is not permissible to license trading in it in any way. It is prohibited without a license from the Minister of Interior to import the weapons stipulated in Article (7), and the import license shall be within the limits referred to in Article (10) of this law.

The license shall specify the quantity of ammunition authorized to be imported, which must be used in the weapons mentioned in the license.

The import license does not replace the obligation to obtain the license or exemption stipulated in the previous article.
