Article 7

It is prohibited, without a licence from the Minister of Interior, to possess, acquire or carry:

a- Rifles and pistols that fire cartridges or bullets of all kinds, as well as shotguns and pistols that operate by air pressure and fire single sprays, rifles, pistols and cartridges used for guidance, and pistols that operate with explosive charges, or parts of those weapons.

b- Swords, spears, daggers, spears, spear blades, sonnets, double-edged and one-and-a-half knives, iron punches (bonnets), tiles, pointed or polished rods that are attached to sticks and sticks that end with a thorn ball, unless carrying them is justified by personal necessity, craft, or work.

The Minister of Interior may, by a decision from him, modify the weapons referred to in items A and B of the previous paragraph by adding or deleting them.

Exceptions from obtaining a license are those whom the Prime Minister deems to be exempt, provided that he is notified of the weapons he possesses or obtains in accordance with the rules and procedures determined by the Minister of Interior by a decision from him.
