É permitido o uso e porte de ara de recreio quando manifestada e registradas.

a) Aos indivíduos maiores de 14 anos para armas de armas lisas;
b) Aos indivíduos maiores ou emancipados e aos menores de idade compreendidos entre 18 e 21 anos a
requerimentos dos países ou tutores para as armas de alma estriadas.
c) As agremiações de tiro, clubes desportivos ou recreativos e agremiações similares.

Article 73

The use and possession of a recreational weapon is allowed when manifested and registered:

a) Individuals over 14 years of age for smooth-bore weapons;
b) To individuals of legal age or emancipation and to minors aged between 18 and 21 years for rifled barrel weapons.
c) Shooting associations, sports or recreational clubs and similar associations.
