Article 33

The sale to the public of weapons and ammunition can be allowed in establishments that are qualified for this type of commerce, through:

a) License issued by the economy service, obtained prior to favourable information from the security service of the armed forces and the general command of the public security police.

b) Registration as an importer and seller or only as a seller in the general command of the public security police.
