In chains of ensuring execution of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About office and civil weapon" of February 21, 1998 I decide No. 679:

1. Due to turnover of office and civil weapon and use of office and civil weapon in the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic to approve the following documents (are applied):

1) "Procedure for maintaining the State inventory of office and civil weapon";

2) "Rules of acquisition, storage and proper use by legal entities of foreign states, foreigners and stateless persons according to office and civil weapon in the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic";

3) "The program of preparation for storage precautions, carrying and proper uses of office weapon, the Rule of recurring inspection by the user of firearms from the point of view of suitability of this weapon in the conditions of its application, and also the Procedure for acquisition of office weapon and transfer to his physical persons";

4) "Rules of import of office and civil weapon to the Azerbaijan Republic and export it from the Azerbaijan Republic";

5) "Rules of sale of office and civil weapon in the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic";

6) "Rules of accounting, storage, carrying, transportation, sending and proper use of office and civil weapon";

7) "The requirements connected with protection of weapon";

8) "Rules of use of office weapon in connection with accomplishment of service duties";

9) "Rules of hunting, and also sports in connection with use of firearms";

10) "Rules of collecting or holding exhibition of civil weapon";

11) "Rules of uncompensated taking and the destruction of firearms and ammunition which are not giving in to repair, not corresponding to specifications";

12) "Rules of withdrawal of weapon".

2. Determine that this Decree does not extend to bodies of defence, homeland security, internal affairs, the State Border Service, special public service of protection, courier communication, and also bodies of execution of punishments.

3. Charge to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic to resolve in a month within the powers the issues following from this Decree.
