Article 24. Liability for violation of the legislation on weapons

In violation of the provisions of this Law, the production, import, export, import, export, sale, acquisition, transfer, collection, holding, storage, carrying, transportation, shipment, use, seizure of firearms, ammunition and cold steel or the persons carrying out the destruction shall bear responsibility provided by the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic.
