Maddə 22. Xidməti və mülki silahı istehsal edən müəssisələrin hüquqları və vəzifələri

I. Xidməti və mülki silahı istehsal edən müəssisələrin aşağıdakı hüquqları vardır:

1) bu Qanunun tələblərinə uyğun olaraq silahı istehsal etmək və sifarişçiyə satmaq;

2) istehsal edilmiş silahın satışından gəlir əldə etmək;

3) silahın istehsalı ilə əlaqədar konstruktor-təcrübə işlərini həyata keçirmək.

II. Xidməti və mülki silahı istehsal edən müəssisələr aşağıdakı vəzifələri yerinə yetirməlidirlər:

1) istehsalın təhlükəsizliyini, istehsala nəzarəti, buraxılan məhsulun müvafiq keyfiyyətini təmin etməli;

2) hazırlanmış silahın dövlət standartlarına uyğunluğunu müəyyənləşdirmək üçün onun sınağını keçirməli;

3) marka nişanı və qeydiyyat nömrəsi daxil edilən müvafiq jurnalda istehsal olunan silah və döyüş sursatlarının qeydiyyatını aparmalı;

4) hazırlanmış silahın, onun ehtiyat hissələrinin və döyüş sursatlarının mühafizəsini və təhlükəsiz saxlanılmasını təmin etməlidirlər.

Article 22. Rights and responsibilities of enterprises producing service and civilian weapons

I. Enterprises producing service and civilian weapons have the following rights:

1) to produce and sell a weapon to a customer in accordance with the requirements of this Law;

2) to receive income from the sale of manufactured weapons;

3) to carry out design and experimental work in connection with the production of weapons.

II. Enterprises producing service and civilian weapons must perform the following duties:

1) ensure production safety, production control, appropriate quality of the released product;

2) test the manufactured weapon to determine its compliance with state standards;

3) keep records of weapons and ammunition produced in the relevant journal, which includes the trademark and registration number;

4) ensure the protection and safe storage of manufactured weapons, their spare parts and ammunition.
