Maddə 11. Xidməti və mülki silahın ölkəyə gətirilməsi və ölkədən aparılması

I. Xidməti və mülki silahın Azərbaycan Respublikasına gətirilməsi və Azərbaycan Respublikasından aparılması qaydasını Azərbaycan Respublikasının müvafiq icra hakimiyyəti orqanı müəyyən edir.

II. Xidməti və mülki silahı Azərbaycan Respublikasına gətirən və Azərbaycan Respublikasından aparan şəxslər bu Qanunun və müvafiq xarici ölkənin qanunvericiliyinin tələblərinə riayət etməlidirlər.

Article 11. Import and export of service and civilian weapons

I. The procedure for importing and exporting service and civilian weapons to or from the Republic of Azerbaijan shall be determined by the relevant executive authority of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

II. Persons importing and carrying service and civilian weapons from the Republic of Azerbaijan must comply with the requirements of this Law and the legislation of the relevant foreign country.
