Maddə 10. Xidməti və mülki silahın istehsalı

I. Xidməti və mülki silahın istehsalını bunun üçün xüsusi icazəsi olan müəssisələr həyata keçirirlər.

II. Xidməti və mülki silah dövlət müəssisələrində və ya dövlət mülkiyyətinin payı 51 faizdən az olmayan müəssisələrdə istehsal olunur.

III. Hazırlanmış xidməti və mülki silahın və onun döyüş sursatının hər vahidi istifadə təhlükəsizliyi tələblərinə uyğunluğunu təsdiq etmək üçün məcburi sınaqdan keçirilir, ona Azərbaycan Respublikası müvafiq icra hakimiyyəti orqanının müəyyən etdiyi qaydada xidməti və mülki silahın sonrakı damğalanması və ya standartlara uyğunluğu barədə işarələr vurulur. Hazırlanmış hər silah vahidinin öz nömrəsi olur.

Article 10. Production of service and civilian weapons

I. The production of service and civilian weapons is carried out by enterprises with a special permit for this purpose.

II. Service and civilian weapons are produced in state-owned enterprises or in enterprises where the share of state property is not less than 51 percent.

III. Each unit of the prepared service and civilian weapon and its ammunition shall be subjected to mandatory testing to confirm its compliance with the requirements of operational safety, and it shall be marked for further marking or conformity to service and civilian standards in accordance with the procedure established by the relevant executive authority. Each weapon unit has its own number.
