Maddə 6. Xidməti və mülki silahın Dövlət Kadastrı

I. Xidməti və mülki silahın Dövlət Kadastrı (bundan sonra "kadastr" adlanacaq) Azərbaycan Respublikasının müvafiq icra hakimiyyəti orqanı tərəfindən yaradılır, aparılır və Azərbaycan Respublikasında dövriyyəyə icazəsi olan xidməti və mülki silah barədə sistemləşdirilmiş məlumatı özündə əks etdirən rəsmi sənəddir.

II. Xidməti və mülki silah və onun döyüş sursatı barədə məlumatlar konkret silahın modelinin sertifikatlaşdırılmasının müsbət nəticələri əsasında Kadastra daxil edilir.

III. Azərbaycan Respublikasının müvafiq icra hakimiyyəti orqanı müəyyən edilmiş qaydada Kadastra edilmiş dəyişikliklər və əlavələr barədə məlumatlar dərc edir, Kadastr üç ildə bir dəfə yenidən nəşr edilir.

IV. Kadastrın aparılması qaydasını Azərbaycan Respublikasının müvafiq icra hakimiyyəti orqanı müəyyən edir.

Article 6. State Register of Service and Civil Weapons

I. The State Register of Service and Civil Weapons (hereinafter referred to as the "Register ") is established and maintained by the relevant executive authority of the Republic of Azerbaijan and is an official document containing systematized information on service and civilian weapons permitted for circulation in the Republic of Azerbaijan.

II. Information on service and civilian weapons and their ammunition is included in the Register based on the positive results of the certification of a particular weapon model.

III. The relevant executive authority of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall publish information on changes and additions to the Register in accordance with the established procedure, and the Register shall be republished once every three years.

IV. The procedure for maintaining the Register shall be determined by the relevant executive authority of the Azerbaijan Republic.
