Art. 18 Manufacture and repair in a professional capacity

1 Any person who, in a professional capacity, manufactures arms, essential components of arms, specially designed components of arms, accessories of arms, ammunitions or components of ammunitions, or modifies parts of arms which are essential to the functioning or effects of these arms must hold a licence to trade in arms.

2 Any person who, in a professional capacity, repairs firearms must hold a licence to trade in arms.
