Fabricación, tráfico y porte de armas, municiones de uso restringido, de uso privativo de las Fuerzas Armadas o explosivos. El que sin permiso de autoridad competente importe, trafique, fabrique, transporte, repare, almacene, conserve, adquiera, suministre, porte o tenga en un lugar armas o sus partes esenciales, accesorios esenciales, municiones de uso privado de las Fuerzas Armadas o explosivos, incurrirá en prisión de once (11) a quince (15) años.

La pena anteriormente dispuesta se duplicará cuando concurran las circunstancias determinadas en el inciso 3° del artículo anterior.
