Ampuma-aseen, aseen osan, patruunoita tai erityisen vaarallisia ammuksia saa kaupallisessa tarkoituksessa luovuttaa pysyvästi vain ase-elinkeinonharjoittaja, jolla on siihen asealan elinkeinoluvan nojalla oikeus.

Jollei tässä laissa toisin säädetä, ampuma-aseen, aseen osan, patruunoita tai erityisen vaarallisia ammuksia saa yksityistä tarkoitusta varten luovuttaa pysyvästi vain aseluvan tai kaasusumutinluvan haltija ja patruunoita tai erityisen vaarallisia ammuksia lisäksi rinnakkaisluvan tai ampumatarvikeluvan haltija.

85 § (8.9.2017/623) Entities entitled to permanent transfer

A firearm, firearm parts, cartridges or particularly dangerous ammunition may be permanently disposed of for commercial purposes only by a gun dealer who is entitled to do so under a gun dealer's licence.

Unless otherwise provided by this Act, a firearm, a firearm component, cartridges or particularly dangerous ammunition may be permanently transferred for private use only by the holder of a firearms or gas-ammunition licence and, in the case of cartridges or particularly dangerous ammunition, by the holder of a parallel licence or an ammunition licence.
