44 b § (7.6.2019/724) Rajoitukset erityisen vaarallisen ampuma-aseen tai sen osan hankkimiselle

Sen lisäksi, mitä 44 §:ssä säädetään, aselupa 9 §:n 1, 2 ja 4–6 kohdassa tarkoitettua erityisen vaarallista ampuma-asetta ja sen osaa varten voidaan antaa vain:

1) asekeräilijälle ampuma-aseiden tai aseen osien keräämiseen tai säilyttämiseen;

2) erityisestä syystä työhön, jossa ampuma-ase on välttämätön; tai

3) määräajaksi näytöstä, kuvausta tai muuta vastaavaa tarkoitusta varten.

Lisäksi aselupa voidaan antaa 9 §:n 5 kohdan b alakohdassa tarkoitettua erityisen vaarallista ampuma-asetta ja sen osaa varten vapaaehtoisesta maanpuolustuksesta annetun lain 2 §:n 2 momentissa tarkoitetun Maanpuolustuskoulutusyhdistyksen sotilaallisia valmiuksia palvelevan ampumakoulutuksen järjestämistä tai siihen osallistumista varten.

Lisäksi aselupa voidaan antaa 9 §:n 5 kohdan a ja b alakohdassa tarkoitettua erityisen vaarallista ampuma-asetta ja sen osaa varten luonnolliselle henkilölle ampumaurheilua varten, jos hakija on ja on ollut luvan hakemista edeltäneiden 12 kuukauden ajan yhdistyslain (503/1989) 4 §:ssä tarkoitetun luvan saaneen yhdistyksen jäsen.

Lisäksi aselupa voidaan antaa 9 §:n 5 kohdan a ja b alakohdassa tarkoitettua erityisen vaarallista ampuma-asetta ja sen osaa varten yhteisölle tai säätiölle urheiluammuntakoulutusta varten.

Aselupa 9 §:n 3 kohdan muuksi esineeksi kuin ampuma-aseeksi naamioitua ampuma-asetta tai sen osaa varten voidaan antaa vain erityisestä syystä.

44 b § (7.6.2019/724) Restrictions on the acquisition of particularly dangerous firearms or their parts

In addition to the provisions of Section 44, a permit for a particularly dangerous firearm or part of a firearm referred to in Section 9(1), (2) and (4) to (6) may only be issued:

1) to a collector of firearms for the purpose of collecting or storing firearms or parts of firearms;

2) for a special reason, for work for which a firearm is indispensable; or

3) for a limited period for exhibition, filming or other similar purposes.

In addition, a firearms licence may be issued for a particularly dangerous firearm and its parts referred to in Section 9(5)(b) for the purpose of organising or participating in firearms training for military preparedness of the National Defence Training Association referred to in Section 2(2) of the Voluntary National Defence Act.

In addition, a firearms licence may be issued for a particularly dangerous firearm and its parts referred to in Article 9(5)(a) and (b) to a natural person for shooting sports, if the applicant is and has been a member of an association licensed under Article 4 of the Associations Act (503/1989) for the 12 months preceding the application for a licence.

In addition, a firearms licence may be issued for a particularly dangerous firearm and its parts referred to in Article 9(5)(a) and (b) to an association or foundation for the purpose of sport shooting training.

A permit for a firearm or part of a firearm disguised as an object other than a firearm as referred to in Article 9(3) may be granted only for a special reason.
