42 a § (8.9.2017/623) Hankkimisoikeus ja yksityinen valmistamisoikeus

Aselupaan liitettävä hankkimisoikeus tai yksityinen valmistamisoikeus annetaan enintään vuodeksi. Erityisestä syystä hankkimisoikeus tai yksityinen valmistamisoikeus annetaan enintään kahdeksi vuodeksi.

Yksityinen valmistamisoikeus voidaan antaa 45 tai 45 a §:ssä säädetyin edellytyksin noudattaen, mitä 43 §:ssä, lukuun ottamatta 43 §:n 1 momentin 8 kohtaa ja 2 momenttia, ja 44 §:ssä säädetään.

Aselupa raukeaa, jos ampuma-asetta, tehokasta ilma-asetta tai aseen osaa ei ole hankittu hankkimisoikeuden voimassa ollessa taikka valmistettu tai muunnettu yksityisen valmistamisoikeuden voimassa ollessa.

Sen, joka ei ole saamansa hankkimisoikeuden nojalla hankkinut tai yksityisen valmistamisoikeuden nojalla valmistanut tai muuntanut ampuma-asetta, tehokasta ilma-asetta tai aseen osaa, on 30 päivän kuluessa aseluvan raukeamisesta toimitettava lupatodistus poliisilaitokselle, jos lupa ei ole sähköinen.

Chapter 5 Acquisition, private manufacture and modification and possession

Section 42 a (8.9.2017 / 623) Right of acquisition and right of private production

The right of acquisition or private production right attached to the weapons permit is granted for a maximum of one year. For a special reason, the right of acquisition or private production is granted for a maximum of two years.

A private production right may be granted under the conditions laid down in section 45 or 45a, subject to the provisions of section 43, with the exception of section 43 (1) (8) and (2), and section 44.

A firearms license expires if the firearm, effective air weapon or part of the firearm has not been acquired during the term of the right of acquisition or manufactured or modified during the term of the private right of manufacture.

A person who has not acquired or manufactured or modified a firearm, an effective air weapon or a part of a firearm under a right of acquisition under a acquired right shall, within 30 days of the expiry of the firearms license, submit a license to the police if the license is not electronic.
