22. § Lőfegyver, lőszer tartása munkavégzési célra

a) lőfegyver-kereskedő egyéni vállalkozónak, lőszerpróbára;
b) lőtér üzemeltetésére engedéllyel rendelkező egyéni vállalkozónak, a lőtér üzemeltetési engedélyben és a lőtérszabályzatban meghatározott lőfegyverre;
c) igazságügyi fegyverszakértőnek feladatköréhez kapcsolódóan;
d) és annak a személynek engedélyezhető, akinek a foglalkozása gyakorlásához a szolgálati lőfegyver tartását törvény írja elő.

§ 22 Keeping firearms and ammunition for work purposes

a) firearms dealer for self-employed persons, for ammunition testing;
b) to an individual entrepreneur licensed to operate a shooting range, for firearms as specified in the shooting range operating licence and the shooting range regulations;
c) a forensic firearms expert in connection with his or her duties;
d) and to a person whose occupation requires by law the possession of a service firearm.
